Lowering my caprice

I am going to put some stock aluminum 15" alloys on my 96 bubble in a few months. Hows much should I get it lowered and what is the lowest profile wheel I should get for my caprice. I am thinkin about 50-60 is the lowest I can go or even go with a 15" rim.

I am going for a low rider stock caprice look make it look like a caprice witha low rider style.

Also how much should one spend on lowering. I am quoted 800 at my custumz shop and I say

hey man,
I read a post earlier about this.
Dude said that the 94-96 SS Impala springs will lower your car about an inch or so without any other mods and are a direct fit.

Horsepower is how FAST you hit the WALL
Torque is how HARD.
