Heavy Duty Brake Upgrade

I have been looking at putting the HD brake rotors from 1998 on my 2000 Intrigue. They don't offer them anymore. I was thinking about getting some caliper mounts and pins off of a Junk yard and using the standard calipers on the 12"rotors.

I looked at the rotors in person and they look the same w/ exactly the same shape pads. My only concern is whether the caliper mount will line up on my car. That and possible back spacing problem with mildly different wheel. 16" on both
