you want to run 24psi. dont give us a psi number, give us a hp number you want.

Re: turbo kit

first off, i honestly dont think you know what your getting yourself into. Also what civickiller said is right, what your shooting for is horsepower, not psi. If you want the fastest civic around feeding it loads of boost isnt going to be the way to go. What your talking about doing is going to cost you more money than you have im sure, unless you just won the lottery you should reconsider. The way to make a fast car is in the gearing, sure its cool to say I have a 500hp civic but there is going to be someone out there running a 250hp n/a civic who will dog you simply because of the gearing. If i were you I would just do an engine swap, stage 1 turbo kit, and a new transmission with appropriate gearing. But if you dont want to listen to me or believe me and you still want a 24psi civic then i suggest you do it on stock internals.
