Headers on a Chevy 6.0ltr

Has anyone experienced installing Edelbrock headers on a 2000 chevy 2500 6.0ltr engine?

Re: Headers on a Chevy 6.0ltr

from what I see this guy is bringing up any thread that has to do with headers and trying to sell some of his TOG's. Pretty anoying.

Sooo..tell us, do you work for this place or something like that? It seems like every "OLD" thread that had anything to do with headers has been resurected given this site for reference. This is a site where we help each other and swap Silverado war stories and such and generally not intended as a marketing place. Thank you for your support!!!!

I don't think TOG's sales will go up as a result of any of these threads. It was an underhanded and poorly disguised attempt at marketing on harbinger's part. Not to mention that they are priced like they were made of gold.

my dad used to have a 68 with a 327, only it was all primer and had a .520 cam with a trick set of heads and about 600 horsepower at like 6200 rpm. 327 is my favorite small block, i have a bare block sitting in the garage, i was pretty surprised when i found out the 5.3 wasnt actually a 327.

Re: Headers on a Chevy 6.0ltr

yeah. Its a fun car. If I have the money, this winter I will be putting a new cam, heads, intake, and carb for somewhere between 400-500 hp.
