Please someone help! I need to know if this is a big problem
I was told that my car's purge valve is "stuck open" I love cars but i don't know about their engines or anything like that. I just need to know if this is an expensive job and is it needed. I drive a 2000 camaro. Please someone help me

If it is your canister purge valve, they should be fairly simple to change, but all cars are different. Best thing to do is to phone and auto parts store and ask how much the valve is. How do you know you purge valve is stuck open, did someone retrive an engine code for you from the computer?
