Mods for New Birds?

I have an 04 T bird and I was wondering if anybody makes a cold air kit, springs, and exhaust? I know the aftermarket isnt going to be huge cause of the kind of car it is (an old person car) not a 21 year olds sports car. Im not trying to make it fast or anything, just add nice touches. My 2 Cobras will settle my fast craze, I just wanna make it stand out a bit from the regular quiet, stock looking and sounding TBirds. If worse comes to worse, I'll just rock the mufflers off again It sounds mean like that.

Re: Mods for New Birds?

well honestly, most of the people in this forum do not drive the new t birds, we all kinda dislike them and never talk about them. They are pretty damn quick though thats for sure. But I wouldnt expect too much info from here, as we all drive the MN12 thunderbirds. Congrats on having 2 cobras and a t bird by age 21 though. Just do a borla exhaust, and put a cone filter on your tbird, Im sure that will make it sound bad ass, then some custom rims, and bam.. youll be mista playa playa...

Re: Mods for New Birds?

hm. I dunno about this... the Lincoln LS and MN12 have the same bolt pattern (5x4.25). The new Thunderbird is based on the Lincoln LS/S-Type Chassis, so would a pair of Cobra R's from an MN12 fit on a new Thunderbird?

Re: Mods for New Birds?

The new Tbird and the LS are on the same platform.
