Ignition and Fuel before Turbo

I feel that I need to upgrade my ignition and fuel system before I slap a turbo on my Teg. I want to go with either a MSD 6 or 7 digital with a MSD HVC external coil. Need to know what kind of mods I need to make to factory ignition to make this work. And of course 8.5mm wire and either NGK or ZEX plugs.
As far as fuel...a Bosch pump, a new hi flow rail, a more configurable regulator and heavier injectors (need help on this).

So basicly I need to know how to integrate all of this good stuff and would appreciate any tips/tricks/goodies on doing all of this.

thanks for all of the help,
Jason

NGK plugs. Zex plugs are cold spark plugs which are for nitrous aplications.
