cv axle keeps popping out

hi THERE i HAVE A 1989 automatic honda crx.... Couple of months ago we took it to a shop to get the automatic transmision fix... They fixed the transmision part and now works great but couple of months later the Darn Left axle just pops out... What I took it back to the shop and they said they fixed it.. then couple of weeks later the same thing hapened... Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this problem.. I dont want to take it back to that lame old shop where I took it so Im just gonna try to fix it myself... any help will be appreciated....

I would say their not putting it in right!,
try checking around to another shop to put it in,RIGHT!

Maybe the snap ring fell off the shaft?
