1996-2000 Civic Engine

I know little about Civics. I was wondering if the following is correct:

The 1996-2000 Civic EX has the D16z6 engine in it?
The 1996-2000 Civic HX has the D15b7? (I am pretty sure this is wrong)

Please let me know if this is right, and if not, what engine is in each car

Thanks

it's stock 127hp. w/ turbo easily 170 hp. 275hp would not be out of the question w/ lots of mods inside and out.

on www.turboD16.com (that is the right site right?) they have dyno's of different people's setups. There is one guy on there pushing 400 hp to the wheels. That is insane on a D-series.
