stay's running in reverse with key off
Sup everyone
I have a 90 dx with an efi swap and when it's running and in reverse I can tturn the key off and it stay's running! If i move the shifter out of reverse it dies but I can let the clutch out and start backing up... Any idea's why this would happen??? |

Re: stay's running in reverse with key off
only thing i can think of is short circuit in the fuse box between the ignition fuse and back-up fuse, otherwise it is pretty odd! never heard of anything like it.

Re: stay's running in reverse with key off
either that or somehow you got your reverse connectors in your engine bay crossed with something, or something is majorly messed up in your wiring harness.
