changing a starter?

1992 GEO Metro 3-door hatchback

Please keep in mind, I'm no mechanic!!!!

1st, how difficult is it to change the starter.
Where is it located exactly? (is it easy to get to)?
I just got the car. I have not been under the hood.

Any pointers I should know in advance?

its right underneath the intake manifold. has 2 bolts holding it in, they come in from the tranny side. there is also a thin metal spacer that goes between starter and engine, make sure you put it back in if it falls out. and disconnect battery before you unbolt it
