89 coupe deville front turn signal bulb replacement

I cannot figure out how to get to the Front turn signal bulbs on my 89 coupe deville. Please help

If its the bulb that blinks when you turn on your turn signal, you have to get it from underneath the car. Its easier if the car is up on ramps. If its the other bulb next to it, you must remove the parking light housing and lense assy.

One side pops out via clip and the other side of the lens assy is held in by a small screw accessed from under the bumper. 7 or 8 mm I think.
