Grinding Noise

I was messing around the other day and now my 2002 GT is making a grinding noise when I am slowing down and when in reverse at low speeds. It is a 5-Speed Manual. I can't really teel where it's coming from. My rear brake pads are worn and I am goin to replace them but I don't think they're worn enough to cause this noise. Does anyone know what it possibly could be. The car only has 23,000 miles on it.

Sounds like you might need to add plasma to your Warp Coil. J/K.
We need more info... grinding could be anything, brakes, bearings, axle, transmission, differential, lap-dance at a strip club, etc.
