Diamond Cut or Projection?
All,
I am planning on getting some different headlights for my 1994 S10 Blazer. Through research, I have seen some projection and diamond cut headlights on ebay, but am not sure exactly what the difference is. Can anyone help me out with some information? Thanks!! Skeeter6755 |

Do not get projector headlights for that Blazer, definately go with diamond cut. I have diamond cut in my 98 with an HID kit and they are amazing. Most aftermarket projectors are nothing more than a foglight shoved in a housing.

How do you make stock composite lenses look like nice? I have a jimmy with the non rectangular lenses. Would sticking these bulbs in it look ok? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

Depends on what you are looking for. What year is your jimmy first off? If you want a rice look yeah blue bulbs are sweet. However, before I got HID's I had Nokya Arctic Purple bulbs and they were really nice. My girlfriend has Sylvania Silverstars and they are a nice pure clear white color.

Re: Diamond Cut or Projection?
I have a 96 jimmy. I don't really want blue bulbs, but instead a "white" clear-lens kinda thing that comes on all the newer cars. The new envoys, escalades, and most imports have super clear and clean lenses that look neat. I don't mean to praise imports, but just their nice lookin lights.

Oh ok gotcha, like Euro reflectors. I have those on my truck and it really makes a huge difference, not only in appearence but also in performance. If I were you I'd try ebay to find those lights.
