1995 voyager blows fuel pump/ignition fuse when i hit a pothole causing van to die

I was driving along, hit a pothole (i live in new england) and the car shut off. Pulled over and all electrical worked, so i try to start and car cranks and cranks but no start. Looke at fuse and it is the fuel pump/ignition fuse(10 amp) i dont remember the number it was, maybe 16. Anyway, i jiggled any and every wire and wire loom under the hood, replace the fuse and car starts fine. This has happened three times while driving and each time jiggling wires under hood and replacing fuse works. However, with that said i assumed that there might be a bare wire exposed somewhere under the hood that is touching metal when i hit a pothole, therefore i tried starting the car in a parking lot and jiggling wires under the hood to try to 'accidentally' touch that same bare wire to metal to get the car to shut off so that i might have an idea where the short is, this doesn't work!! i have tried this several times and connot get the wire to 'accidentally' short and shut off the car! Is there anything you can offer to help solve this problem, like what wires and where i should be looking exactly, or if it is not related to the wires??? Thanks in advance.
Ben
