can you help

well my problem is this . i have a 1990 eagle tallon awd tsi. And when i floor it my car takes off fine my turbo boost is at 1.0 and as soon as my rpm's hit 5 grad my motor kicks out and i have to let off on the gas. but if i keep my boost on my turbo as low as 0.5 its fine i can go right to the red line. not that make it red line . so if anyone can help me go give me some ideas of what this maybe

What do you mean by "motor kicks out"? Are you hitting fuel cut, because that's what it sounds like? Is the car bone stock, or modified? Have you played with boost control at all?

well first off yes its stock. what i mean by the motor kicks out is it dont stop running but its not putting the power to the tranny anymore its like it has a govener.what do you mean a fuel cut. no i havent played with the boost control .

Yeah, sounds like fuel cut to me for sure. Does it hit hard and make you think you're going to eat the steering wheel?

yes that's it all right.So what kind of parts should i look into so i can rev farther than 5 grad. im putting in a k&N air filter and getting rid of the rubber intake hosesand im looking at new muffler. should i buy a bigger fuel pump or is there other things i should look at before a bigger fuel pump.
