top issues

i'm having my top replaced but i still have a little problem, when i close the top, the right side comes down, alright i guess, but the drive side don't, i have to screw around with the latch to get it pulled down correctly, so when i'm driving, the seal closes on the right and on the left it is still open, causing a bit of a draft and it gets kind of damp...so ya, also, when it is closed, directly above the door, where it seals, there is a joint, well...it doesn't straighten out all the way, like, not even close so it doesn't allow the seal to do it's job, WHAT DO I DO, it's driving me nuts, i love this car but i'm close to junking it, thanks

have you tried screwing in teh hood part that catched the the windshield to hold it down? if u can u should be able to screw it in a bit and that would help seal it somewhat...
