pushing stock turbos to limits
Sorry if this one is in the faq but i couldent find it. Any way,what is the highest psi the stock turbos can push?

I think they will peak around 20 and quickly drop off. However, do not just turn up the boost.

I seem to remember hearing that they blow nothing but hot air after like 15.

They are out of the efecentcy after aprox 15psi, however your car will keep going faster the more boost your push, which has been proven many times.

usually you want to max out the stock turbos at 14.5 psi. at 15 your stock y pipe will get blown off.

It should hold a lot higher than that, if yours is blowing off at 15 you need to tighten the bitch down.

na i got all the parts such as injectors and new metal y pipe but i just wanted to know what the best i should run the stock turbos at without having to get them redone or buy new ones

run them at 14.5 psi until you get upgraded turbos
