1995 Jetta 2.0

OK....soo...i have this 95 Jetta 2.0.....its has a full combat body kit on it...17"Ryver G6 Rims that are not even 3 weeks old with brand new Kumho Estas on it...full catback exhaust system...it has a kenwood headunit with all pioneer speakers, a sweet shifter, and momo racing pedals....the thing is i dont want to pull the engine again. I have pulled 4 engines in this car and had to put in 3 new engine because all the engines are messed up some how. Well i had a stage 3 racing clutch in an it would catch but not let go. So i switched the clutch cable and that wasnt it. So i started to disasemble the car again so i can put another clutch on, but i was just like, you know what its not worth another 2 weeks and the 30 degree cold anymore. So i want to total my car because i dont have the money or time for it anymore and i want to get a better running more reliable vw or a truck hahaha. How much will a junkyard give me for the car without the body kit and rims? So how much will i get if i just give them the stock looking car? I was hoping at least a grand...if anyone can please give me a good estimate that would be aweome because i want to total it novemeber 18 or 20th unless some how a miracle happens and someone wants it for more money because he is car crazy and wants to drop a VR6 or a 1.8T in it..hahhahah anyone will the knowlege about this will be greatly appreciated. again haha thanks

Re: 1995 Jetta 2.0

Did you think about the small arm in the other end of the trans, behind the 6" round plug? It is fairly common to break (most VW dealers stock it) & will cause the same symptoms as a broken cable.
