Question Trans chatter on hard take off

I have a 1998 88 Regency and at times if you accelerate hard and at times not so hard the front wheels sound like there going to vibrate off,if you let off the gas and proceede normally it will stop.I've been told that it may be the foward clutch pump.Is there an electrical pulse to this pump or is it totally mechanical? This car has only 50,000 and has done it since I bought it at 35,000. thanks

check the tightness of the lug nuts and tread wear, hopefully someone who know autotrans can help you more.
