Where is the drain plug located Please help asap

Should be at the bottom of the radiator toward the inside of the engine compartment. On my 90 Taurus it was on the passenger side.

Have to take the plastic cover off that is behind the front bumper. About 20 screws. Is in plain view on the left side of the radiator.
