Fuse Panel, 1998 Explorer

I have a 1998 EB Edition Explorer, bought used, have no book, and my horn keeps going off. Can anyone tell me the number so I can pull it? Thanks.

Hey Bud-


Its going to be number 4 on your fuse panel and power distribution box. That fuse also runs yourPCM Memory ( no clue what that is ).
