it's a blown bulb, I know cause I was gonna put in a flasher and when I found out where it was I thought, let's try the bulbs first. Turn on your signal and look at all the turn signals on that side, bet one is blown. Was it fun to change?

Re: flasher location on 94 cavalier

there are five lights per side, one next to the headlight on the front; one on the fender, behind the headlight; one in the outside-side of the tail lights (this one is a running light, brake light, and turn signal); one in the middle of the tail lights (running light only); and one on the side of the bumper, it looks like a reflector but there is a bulb in there, if it's blown the rest wont flash.
