short throw shifter

hey any one here install a short through shifter in there probe? i have a 94, and i am trying to install it, but it's not turning out too good. i dropped everything from the chasis, and removed all the bolts. im kinda stuck there. my instructions suck... i don't know what to do. if some one could help me that would be great, thanks,

go to performanceprobe.com and go to do it yourself, then upgrades and under installation go to short throw shifter. they have good instructions.
