Setting clock on 89 AM/FM with cassette

How do I set the clock on my 89 Bonneville? If anyone can tell me how to get it out I would appreciate that too. I have taken the moulding off and the 2 torx head screws but it still won't budge.

I think all you have to do is push the set button, the set light should come on the display, then press scan or seek, for minutes or hours.
