Express 3500 advisory!!!

No one has any ideas about the lack of heat (see "No heat - BRRR) ???
I thought I'd run into a little knowledge and experience here, but maybe not... Well, I've done a little research myself, and here's what's up - A Goodwrench techie told me that he's seen a couple of instances of GM red factory coolant (looked more pink to me) forming deposits in the heater core in higher mileage vehicles, and it didn't matter that they were always running.
He also said no Chilton's or Hayne's yet...
