Is (GL-3,GL-4, GL-5) ok or do I need ONLY GL-4 gear oil?
Getting ready to do a clutch job on my G20 and went to Advance Auto, Pep- Boys, and NAPA and All I could find was:

NAPA does carry a GL-4 ONLY that is 85W90 gear oil, but I thought ours were either 75W90 or 80W90. Would the 85W90 be ok or am I aslking for trouble. I am not really interested in Redline MTL or MT-90. This is a stock replacement, I am price conscious and I am looking for a standard gear oil. Any suggestions would be great!

Just make sure that there is no sulphur content in the oil or it will eat up the synchros in the gearbox.
