Wheel Help //// Smoke... Asap Help

I was driving home from the mall tonight and i saw a suv flip over and i had to call 911 so i knew it wasnt going to be a good night i was driving home and my steering wheel started to shake and my car made a sound like my driver side wheel was loose so i pulles over i thought i might of had a flat but it was fine i got back in the car and drove for about 30 miles and it did it again im not sure if it was because of the rain or somthing but if anyone knows please help me

Also my probe has been burning blue smoke (oil) in the mornings when i start my car bad valve seals////rings i think anyone know anyway to stop my car from smoking...
