front end noise

When I drive straight, my front end has a roar, turn to right and worse. If I turn left it is quiet. I have put on new breaks and tires, no luck.

My car is 98 taurus.

You probably have a bad left front (drivers side) bearing. But don't just assume it's the bearing, because I once did and had a loose wheel thinking it was a bad bearing.

It's probably a bearing though since you've done brakes, that would have solved your loose wheel. I had to replace all four on my 97 so far.
