Just got back from having my oil changed and....

It always suprised me when a worker comes in and says, well we found this wrong, would you like to replace it? And the customer (alot of times a woman) says, well how much does it cost? I understand it completely, but your vehicles maintenance and you're getting around shouldn't be fixed by, well how much does it cost. Just fix it damnit!

And now two funny things:

I always love it when people who work on my truck look at it and think 4x4 and whatnot, yet they become bewildered when they notice no front differential or transfer case, it totally blows their mind, lol.

I have a tow ball on my bumpe that has been there before I bought the truck, so I wanted to see if these guys could get it off. Now keep in mind this thing has been suffocated by WD-40 and Liquid Wrench. Anyway, even with a 600lb torque wrench that thing didn't budge. They were all giving it a whack and then starting laughing at eachother, lol.

i figured that this story was a horror story. my truck came out with out a air filter once, and i always check it a little ways down the road to see if they changed my oil, (cause thats happened to me too.) i had to take it back and tell them to give me a air filter and i almost got into a fist fight cause the manager tried to say that i just took it out and tried getting a freebie. so i change my oil my self now.
