97 Escort Misfire

It's been misfiring on and off for a few months now. No other code than cyl 4 misfire, I clear it and three days late it comes back.
New plugs, wires, coil pack. I changed the timing belt 4 months ago but it didn't misfire untill a month later. I'm not sure whats with this thing, however, look at these modius screen shots the spark seems to be advanced 27 deg? is this normal?

Maybe the new wires are bad

have you checked the fuel injectors?
it could be a problem with them
