headlight wont go all the way up... (urgent)

my driverside headlightis stayin half way up... it wont go down or up, but my passanger side will go up and down..... can sum1 plz tell me wha could be wrong.

if i pull it it will go up about 1/2 inch then it will go down all the way, when i put on the lights again it jus goes half way..... im thinkin its the motor for it.... but i would like a second oppinion... :-D

Pop your hood, and you'll see the motor right behind the headlight. There will be a knob on top for manually opening and closing the headlight. Close it, then try turning on the headlights, and they should both pop up.
