76 in a 75 what kind of bullshit is that? Go to court, ask for a jury, and fight it. I don't think he's going to have a hard time convincing 12 citizens that driving 1 mph over the limit is not a safety issue

The clerk of court can tell him if he is eligible for traffic school. I agree completely with the other poster. There is no method of measuring speed that is accurate to 1mph.
Are you sure that you did not mean 86?
