Most finished unfinished project

Thanks to this board, I've started pulling out the plastic again. I've been building on and off for almost 30 years, but in the last few I've not touched anything. But I'm trying to start again. I've seen many great models on this board and I'm inspired by the talent. This is the closest I have to a finished model. I've still got some detail work and I have to get the windows in. Yes, I'm lazy. I pick this one to work on my painting ability which sorely lacks, but I'm looking forward to my next attempt with the help of Guiddy's information on painting.

That's a fantastic looking kit! Is that your sort of genre?

Man, I have been building for 15 years, and I am an old git, so you muct be even older, which makes you...ancient!

Look forward to seeing some of your stuff on here, and stick with, visiting us if you need motivation!

Thanks for the compliments. The model above is a slightly modified Boyd Coddington Aluma-Coupe by Testers (Quickbuilder / Slammer kit). This is just one of many that I have in various states of disrepair. Currently started are:
69 and 76 Camaros
64 and 66 GTO's
911 Turbo
and many others that I pull out and tinker with for a few hours and then put back on the shelf.
I've been building since age 6 (now 35) and I mainly focus on domestics, although I'm interested in many foriegn cars also. Also on the shelf, I have a few planes (reminds me of my Air Force days) and scifi spaceships.
