very easy. this is based on the 90-91 crx

1. remove the 2 screws holding in the light.
2. unplug wiring harness holding in bulb.
3. carefully split the seal between the lense and the housing.
4. rip out the little yellow box on the inside.
5. re-seal the housing together with clear rtv silicone.
6. replace bulb, and re-screw into bumper.

should take approximatly all of 3mins to complete entire procedure.

The first one is my own site. If you want to stay legal, put in amber bulbs.

Are you sure on that? I have never, ever been questioned about clear bumper lights.

Well, the police officers in my area are.. let's just say 'picky' about stuff like this. Anything that doesn't look factory gets you pulled over. I should have said, "to avoid trouble, put in amber bulbs."
