Factory CD player

I have a 97 blazer and the factory cd player will play certain cds, but not others. it will take burned mp3's, but not a copy of a store bought cd. sometimes it wont even take store bought ones. i've tried a disc cleaner, but nothing changed. No one will touch it, not even dealers...they referred me....any ideas? thanks

Re: Factory CD player

Sounds like it is really dirty.

There is a wet CD cleaner kit that might help.

Also, no factoru 1997 CD player reads MP3s.
