Nice deal on 2000 LX
I have the opportunity to get a 2000 LX with only 30k miles on it for a great price. This would be a get-around-town car. Is there anything I should know or look for before I jump in? You know, like "part X tends to break, so check it."
Thanks! |

Re: Nice deal on 2000 LX
They tend to be slow..
![]() If it's bone stock, there most likely won't be anything wrong with it. Usually after that many miles the valves like to knock a little bit though, so get a valve adjustment (about $70 at any shop). Basic tune-up crap comes along with that at 30k, like a dirty air filter, brakes, etc.. |
