Fuel pump?
I have a 97 cavalier that died on the highway. Thought it was out of gas..Nope.
I had the fuel filter replaced. I can hear the fuel pump make noise when I turn the key, but not sure if that is a sign that it is good or not. I also wanted to know if anyone could tell me where the injectors are so I can see if fuel is getting to them?? At a loss on what to do with this CRAPOLEIR....Makes me like my Firebird all that much more

Re: Fuel pump?
yeah, well. no... if the fuel pump fuse was blown, you would definatly not hear it running (it wouldnt get any power
) as for the injectors.. what engine do you have?

Re: Fuel pump?
My 92 did the same thing, turned out to be the ignition module. It just instantly died, no sputtering or nothing, like a switch.
