Street Glow has a Head Light Strobe control module.

"Strobe control module controls special flash sequence function for chase, flash, zig-zag or speed of a headlight strobe light display. Includes 2 white headlight strobes. Operates up to 4 headlight strobe lights. Comes with installation instructions, hardware and a lifetime warranty "

it's $99.99 at their site but I think it's cheaper on NOPI.

The wig wag kit is not a strobe light. It's a little kit with two relays on it that control your high beams. You can install it on just about any car for like 20 or 30 bux and it'll flash you high beams back and forth like when cops pull you over.

REAL Strobe lights are expensive as hell and damn well should be. Try www.galls.com They have real strobe lights from $70 a pair that'll get you noticed in the day and blind the hell out of you at night. Be warned tho, either of these things are highly illegal for street use.
