replacing exhaust
hello ladies and gents,
I'm a new member, I just recently bought a 2004 GTP. i'm thinking of replacing the exhaust tips or maybe the entire exhaust system. I'm looking for a few more HP and a throat-ier sound. Do any of you guys have suggestions or related experiences? any help would be appreciated. |

Re: replacing exhaust
If it were me,id just get some new mufflers like Dynomax supper turbos or Manaflows and find some tips you like...your not really going to pick up much HP on our cars with a $500.00/$800.00 catback.Save your money for other mods like smaller pulley or PCM and CAI

Re: replacing exhaust
If your looking for HP, follow Big-L advise. The only time he was wrong, is when he won't give me his car. But, we are trying to forgive him.

Actually, I'm not looking for HP, just a throatier, meaner, deeper sound.
I dont want somthing as loud as a LoudMouth or those coffee can exhausts that you see on Rice Rockets, something a little more subtle. |
