would a cold air intake kit from a ford mustang (95) with a 3.8 liter v 6 work on my windstar 95 gl van?

also i would like to ask if any1 has a manual on how to change the head lgihts on it. thx

Head lights on the Van? There are two retaining clips that must be pulled up and out, freeing the housing. Us a pair of needlenose pliers. Once you have teh housing out, release the retaining clip and remove the connector with the bulb.

Be careful not to touch the replacement bulb-- skin oils on halogen lamps tend to cause them to catastrophically fail, often explosively.
