Question How do you replace dash lights?

I now have 2/3's of the dash lights burnt out. Also, the radio display is gone. The neighborhood kids are NOT impressed.

Anyone have knowledge on how to replace these?

Re: How do you replace dash lights?

You remove the two screws under the dash then you pull out all the switches and unplug them. then pull out the black trim piece and unscrew the 4 screws that hold the cluster. there are three plugs and the trans position cable to remove. Start with the plugs on the left and then wiggle it around till you can push in the two black tabs on the trans cable. look for the black bulb sockets and buy the bulbs they are number 194 and the signal and others are 37. Good luck its a 1 hour job if you buy the bulbs first. The radio is another problem but you can get the fix on EBAY they sell the instructions or do a GOOGLE search and it may come up its only a transistor to replace or something like that.
