1999 Ram Shifting Problem

My 1999 dodge ram SLT has developed what seems to be a gear slip when shifting from 1st into 2nd from a normal take off. Yet when I take off a little faster the doesn't occur.

I would appreciate any insight that could be offered .....thanks
