instrument panel light are all out.

Hello everyone,

I have a Honda 2000 Accord. Recently, I try to get the stereo serial #. After I removed the climate controller and hooked it back up and the strange thing happened was all my intrument lights are on(except the odometer,gauges are all out, but the abs, srs, ect... still working) even though the light switch in off position.
As soon I turned the head light on, all the instrument panel light are out (the odometer and gauges are still not on). However, all heat and AC leds button works OK. Any help would be appreciated.
