trouble code 9 problems

My 95 Integra with the b18b1 engine was swapped because of water lock for another b18b1 with a supposed 60k miles on it. Also installed a new distributor from Autozone engine ran ok for first month, then it started throwing random codes, first for the fuel, and then after I tried to fix code, reseted computer, then drove it around, check engine light did not come on until one day I took off really fast and the light came back on. Pulled the code and it came out code 9, said it was CYP sensor in distributor. Took distributor out and replaced it, and cleared codes in ecu. Light came back on immediatly. I don't know why its throwing code 9. Any ideas?
