Question Where to mount amps

Just wanted to know where you mounted your amps? I already ordered the pet gate from nissan (should be in thursday) and will have to leave as much space from the gate to the ass-end as possible. So If anyone has mounted any amps from where the gate would be forward please give me some ideas. Thanks

Re: Where to mount amps

Mounted mine on the back of the rear seats. I don't know if this will work for your situation or not.

Re: Where to mount amps

Post your pics. I am always curious about how other people mount their equipment.

These aren't the finished product, have to get them off of the camera and onto the net somewhere... but you get the idea.

I don't know if I like them there yet or not. They are very secure, and the seats don't hit them, but I have my subs (that aren't in the pic's) facing backwards now, and I think I may want them facing forwards. Either way, the box can come out easy when I take my dogs out for a ride

Thumbs up

I've got my subs facing towards the back and they look and sound very nice (well at least I think so.)

Re: Where to mount amps

That looks pretty cool and it's got to sound great. I'm in the process of setting up a system now. I'm going to retain my cargo room and opt for one 10 inch on a 400 watt amp in the hole to the right in a custom made box. I'm going to mount one 1000 watt amp in the floor under that lid but I can get the 400 watt one in there also, so I am looking for spots, behind the seat? Don't that interfere with the folding of the seats going down?
Any other help big plus! I'll post some pics when I get er done! MC
