Depends on the $ you're willing to spend. If you've a few grand to burn you could get a turbo kit. Or you could get some cams and/or higher compression pistons.

TONS!!!
You could get cam sprockets, new rods, better fuel filters, fuel rail, FPR (fuel pressure regulator), new ground kit(cheap if done yourself), new ignition system, get yourself some new pistons, pulleys, new camshaft, valve springs and retainers, spark plugs and wires, bigger throttle body. Go a little more crazy and through in a different ECU, or a stroker kit, cant forget a V-AFC, or like was previously mentioned, go turbo. Or you could toss in some NAWWWWWWSSSSSSSSS. Its really up to you man, all depends on how far you wanna go, and how much you wanna empty your wallet.

the stock fuel rail is capable of 400 BHP so its not worth changing that unless you have money to burn

i would go for some CTR pistons, cams and valves, then maybe the type R T/B too

^When you do a swap from D16 to B16, do you usually replace the fuel rail as well? I was thinking of getting a high flow fuel pump, and I have a D16, is that still going to be sufficient?

you will have to change the whole inlet manifold mate, the engine wont fit onto to anything D series, i think the fuel pump is ok though ?
