Question about blow by in the 4th piston??

i have a 95 neon with a 97 motor in it and it shat on me a couple of weeks ago it doesnt have alot of spark and theres blow by in the 4th piston and i wondered if its the computer... is the blow by burnt rings or a bent vavle which is stuck open...any input would be cool thanx.

how do you know there is blow by on number 4?

i took the head off and everything looked fine but im not getting a hot enough spark so im getting readyy to replace the pcm and have the v avles in the head replacced.
