The rear bulkhead, right? Remove the center console/glovebox and run them through there, that way you can hide the wires under the armrest and shift console. Drill the holes just under the ECM, use rubber grommets (available at any auto parts store) to protect the wires from the sharp sheet metal edges, and use a dab of RTV silicon on the hole to seal it... this will eliminate engine compartment noise inside the passenger compartment.
