My headlights stay on all the time i have replaced the switch that turns them off and on. I've also replaced the one relay under the hood for the headlight's. The only way i can get them off is by pulling the fuse. It's a 94 taurus automatic fully loaded 3.8. Any ideas ? i've heard there maybe another fuse in the dash for the headlights but i'm unsure.

I had a 94 and there was a problem with the switch and socket overheating. On mine the socket melted. A lot of people would just change the switch out but the correct way was change the socket and switch out. Maybe something has melted in the socket that won't let it break contact.
good luck Mike

Let's see lights going on and off on their own Your're right. There is no way it is an electrical switch that is causing your problem Mike
